Again another one for Jeremy. This one is closer to home though. I enjoy videos although I haven’t tried Seesmic yet. I might just have to start on that one, so thanks for that.
I really liked this one, she explains the frustrastion that a buyers agent has with a listing agent when it comes to showing a listing. We are 
afraid to speak up with it, but she did it tastefully.
Here we talk about low ball offers and how the sellers right out refuse to even entertain them. As a listing agent we should at least see what we could do to explain that countering can keep these buyers open and could even come to an agreement.
