I don't know about you but I am looking forward to next week. Not because the kids are off even though its a good thing. But the main reason? I am packed with buyers!!
I have two families coming in from out of town to look at homes. They are spending there spring break trying to find the right home for them.
Wow what a great way to start the spring season. Not only that, my phone hasn't stopped ringing. The moment I hang up the phone and set up listing notifications for them the phone rings again!
Can you imagine when we are in full blown of selling again how things might be. Now I am not saying its going like it was back in early 2000-2004 but better then it was last year or the year before that!

Spring Break in Texas is long over... and most people aren't looking at houses. They're either working still, or they're on vacation elsewhere.
