OK I was doing some house work in the house. My sons were playing with each other. Now my 4 year old has been going out with my showing properties over the lasat few weeks.
When I was listening to what he was saying. He said this house is for sale and it has a lockbox and you can see it at 9:30. OK he has been listening to my conversations way too much!!
He even opens doors and turns lights on for everyone when we are showing houses!!!

I love taking my kids out to open houses! I work with a lot of families and I tell them to bring their kids and they play together. It creates a great bonding experience.
Jeannette- you are doing a great thing, spending time with your son and letting him see what you do and participate. Does sound like he's ready to negotiated the next contract.
