We've got a Deal!

OK the other day you read my rant on not being able to find my buyers a house. We went back and forth and all over Coral Springs, then to Plantation and then ended up back in Coral Springs to a house I showed them a day before and recorded for them a week prior.

I had tried to figure out what was it that I couldn't find. I read all the signs they were giving and pulling up homes that I thought that suited them perfectly. When we came across this one in Coral Springs I thought this is it. But at the time they still didn't feel it. After another day and a half we went back to that house.

We sat in the backyard near the pool. The house was vacant so this was easy to do. There was a patio set. The wife kicked off her shoes and sat by the pool and said this is it!

DragonflyI pulled out the contract and we filled it out right there in the patio. It turns out that her sister had died several years ago and loved Dragonflies. After she died Dragonflies kept showing up, especially when there was a decision to be made. When it was the right decision a Dragonfly would fly by letting her know it was the right choice.

After they signed the contract a DragonFly flew by us and went right into the house. The couple just looked at each other and then right at me and said this is the right house and you were right all along, Thank You.

So I sent over the offer and we countered a few times, but finally we have a Deal!!

Mary Thanks, when she told me about the dragonflies she gave me goose bumps. But was very happy to hear about it.

That is great news.

It's nice to know that family is still around to give little hints.

Cute story.  Dragonflies are good luck.  Your story brought tears to my eyes.  Beautiful, really.

Jeanette - just more evidence that home buying is an emotional process more than logical. Providence happens.

That certainly was one thing you weren't going to find in the MLS as a feature of the home, but I'm glad you stuck it out and that dragonfly was able to help you find them the perfect home.

It's good that we can get the personal loans and it opens new chances.
