So I was chosen to do the Blogger's choice Selection by Midori Miller. I was thrilled when I was asked. This month I have a different spin on things. I love doing videos. So this month I decided why not do a narrated video on my choice selection.

Again another one for Jeremy. This one is closer to home though. I enjoy videos although I haven’t tried Seesmic yet. I might just have to start on that one, so thanks for that.
I really liked this one, she explains the frustrastion that a buyers agent has with a listing agent when it comes to showing a listing. We are 
afraid to speak up with it, but she did it tastefully.
Here we talk about low ball offers and how the sellers right out refuse to even entertain them. As a listing agent we should at least see what we could do to explain that countering can keep these buyers open and could even come to an agreement.

Wow.........I've been on Active Rain since 7:30 this morning. I've been visited by our two cats numerous times, watched three movies (or sort of watched), had a wonderful breakfast fixed by my best friend and lover of 35 years Kathy, started my first Blog, read and commented on some, and mostly search and read so many ideas that my brain has turned to Active Rain. Whew..........was that one sentence or two?

Jeanette, the video definitely is a lovely touch. We're hoping we get approved to do two contests. One will be for photography and the other for video. Just waiting for the AR staff to approve it. I'm looking forward to seeing what type of original content people will come up with regarding fall colors and events. We're hoping to get people to use more original visuals with their blogs. You did an awesome job! :-)
