As many of you know I have been advertising for a First Time Home Buyer's Seminar. Well the local paper has noticed this and has mentioned a few of the seminars that are coming up. As it turns out mine is there as well.
I couldn't be happier. One free advertising and second free advertising! What could be better? Now I will be heading out and walking some apartment complexes and handing out the flyers. Thought I would share this with all of my AR friends~
Home-buying seminars are all the rage these days as people try to wrap their arms around a complicated process during these chaotic financial times.
Coldwell Banker and other real estate firms across South Florida have held the sessions in recent weeks in advance of the spring home selling season. The basic message: buying a home, even in this environment, is not as hard as you might think.
A seminar will be held March 24 from 7-8 p.m. in Fort Lauderdale. Click here for more details.
Another seminar will be held on March 28 at 9 a.m. at the Tamarac Community Center. Call (954) 993-4104 for more information.

What kind of success are you having with the Buyer Seminar in terms of capturing buyer leads?
Christopher This is my first one, so I wouldn't know as of yet.
Congrats! Jeannette, please let us know how it goes for you ok?
Jeannette,
Smart move. It will take a few seminars to get rolling, but you will see great results. Good Luck
John
I have been doing HomebUying Workshops in Baltimore for years. We now do regular monthly "HomeBuying Happy Hours" for one target audience and Saturday morning Workshops for other target audiences.
It would be great to get the press to help promote these sort of things we do.Good luck with yours and stick with it!
vito I think if i did this once a month the crowds would get bigger. Have yours gotten bigger over time?
I hope that you do well, we jsut did our first and it was not so great. But we do hope that the next ones will get better. Did you do target marketing and if so how?
